When I saw before and after photos of a wonderful renovation that Catherine Lenthen had project managed, I contacted her with a view to updating my house. I love my house, but it’s quirky. A ’70s style with floor-to-ceiling windows and fantastic views. It desperately needed more contemporary colours and features.

An extension by the previous owner had made the front door a side door through the laundry. I hated it. I’d employed an architect to design a front entrance but hesitated because it would’ve been expensive and out of keeping with the style of the house. Catherine had a plan to make an entrance that really improved the flow of traffic through the home and did it for a fraction of the price. It looks sensational. The entrance now maximises the positive features of the house, which are the views.

The house has been completely transformed, inside and out. Colours have changed, interior and exterior painting, flooring, lighting and pavers and driveway. The house has elegance and subtlety now, which is in keeping with a look and style that really appeals to me.

Catherine and her team are total professionals and worked hard to bring together an extensive renovation on time and they did it for a competitive price. I wouldn’t have had the vision or the resources to complete this transformation in my home. I love it and would highly recommend Catherine’s Real Estate if you are considering any kind of renovation. We have just exchanged contracts on our home 4 Elizabeth Street Wahroonga in Record Time and for a Record Street Price. We are very happy with the performance of Catherine Lenthen in handling this sale and this is now the second time we have employed her services in selling our properties.

We met Catherine Lenthen about 2 years ago when she sold the home of a neighbour and friend in Elizabeth Street Wahroonga. The price she obtained for that property was greater than the estimate of her Principal Agent.
